These estate sites, ranging in size from 1.6 to 12 acres were priced at from $3 million to $12 million (U.S.) They are located in a gated community on top of the highest bluff in the area, at 200 feet above seal level, offering stunning views over the entire Cap Cana property as well as vistas of the Caribbean.

Future Trump developments at Cap Cana are to include a golf course, golf villas and golf lots, a beach club, condo hotel and homes with ocean views.
