AltaBella Sanctuary is the first of the Cap Cana beach hotels to open, with more than 150 spacious luxury suites on one of the beaches of Cap Cana. Tranquility, beauty, good taste and impeccable service are what the Sanctuary promises you.

The hotel's amenities include: a 21,500 square-foot spa. numerous pools, private beaches, casino, a discothèque, shopping center, boutiques, tennis courts, water sports, kayaks, pedal boats, snorkeling and boat and fishing excursions. The hotel also has meeting rooms, a business center, restaurants and bars. And of course, you will be golfing on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Punta Espada Golf Course. Racquet sports are also available.

The hotel was designed by the famous Spanish architect, Andrés Piñeiro, who gave the Sanctuary an eclectic personality.

There will be five hotels in all, AltaBella Sanctuary (Golf and Spa), AltaBella Colonial (Golf and Casino), AltaBella Legendary (Golf and Spa), Alta Bella Bay Resort (Convention Centre, Golf and Casino) and AltaBella Ocean Village (Golf and Spa).
